The Kliwe Championship
Every June, the hundred highest-ranked members play a nine-round Swiss for the title.
How it works
The field is the top 100 on the Kliwe ranking at the tournament's speed, taken when entries close a week before it starts. There is nothing to sign up for: play rated games, get your rating proven, and if you are in the hundred when the list is drawn, you are in.
Nine rounds of Swiss means nobody is knocked out. Everybody plays every round, paired each time against somebody on the same score, and never against the same opponent twice. Each round stays open for three days; a board still unfinished when it closes is decided on the clock.

No edition has been announced. The calendar puts the next one up in January, for the June that follows.
